Draft for local review · not an effective legal document

Terms of Service

Prepared 9 October 2026

These draft terms describe the proposed rules for using CGBurn to browse CG marketplaces, compare listings, access asset files and contribute to the community.

1. The service

CGBurn helps you compare marketplace listings and find available asset files. Listings are marketplace product pages; assets are the files used in your projects. Third-party marketplaces operate independently and have their own terms and licenses. Availability, prices and similarity results can change.

2. Your account

Sign in using an email address you control and a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure. Do not impersonate others, misuse another person’s account, bypass service limits or interfere with the service. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

3. Tokens and paid features

Tokens are CGBurn’s internal currency for features such as asset unlocks, request boosts and paid Remote browsing where available. Token packs are independently priced. Review the displayed cost and conditions before confirming an action. Hosted-file unlocks require a quote; repeat downloads of unlocked hosted files are included. Beta tokens are promotional and may expire when beta ends. Purchased and earned tokens stay in the wallet under the current product rules.

4. Requests and contributions

A burn request asks the community for an asset. A burn is a contributed asset batch. A boost increases request visibility and does not guarantee a reply or fulfillment. Contribute only files and material you have the right to redistribute. Do not upload unlawful content or violate other people’s intellectual property or privacy. Contributions may be reviewed before acceptance, and rewards depend on verification and acceptance.

5. Asset licenses and third-party browsing

Access to a file does not itself grant copyright ownership or replace the applicable asset license. Check your rights before using or redistributing an asset. Websites opened in the built-in browser may process data and set cookies under their own policies. Local and Remote modes have different infrastructure and usage limits, which are shown in the product.

6. Problems, refunds and rights concerns

For an order problem, unexpected token charge, unavailable file or rights complaint, contact info@cgburn.com with the relevant listing or order reference. Do not send payment credentials or passwords. Cancellation, refunds, service suspension, liability and statutory consumer rights need jurisdiction-specific review before these terms take effect.

7. Changes and contact

An effective version must identify its start date and explain how material changes are communicated. This local draft does not establish those dates or make a promise about continued availability. Contact info@cgburn.com with questions.
